Do you need to approve purchase invoices before payment can be made, or has a sales order been placed on hold automatically for security reasons? The LISA Workflow application enables the right people to quickly approve or reject documents, and all this outside of LISA ERP and without LISA log-in.
Who gets to see the documents? That depends on the underlying approval matrix in LISA ERP which is used to set the required approval flows based on suppliers, supplier groups and amounts.
Document processing made easy
LISA Workflow shows the tasks and documents to be handled directly on the access screen, but it can also send email alerts. This means that you always stay up to date and it keeps the workflow in your company smooth with a minimum of effort.
The application focuses on the approval or rejection of two types of documents.
- Purchase invoices: the designated document approvers can decide whether or not to pay an invoice based on the amount or the supplier’s details.
- Sales order on hold: if a customer has exceeded the maximum number of open invoices, the sales order will need to be approved manually.
