Claerhout Computer Engineering attaches the greatest of importance to its users’ privacy. We understand that your trust is our most important capital. This privacy statement (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Statement”) applies, among other things, to (i) our website https://www.cce.be (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

You can visit our site, find out information about our services and read our blogs without providing your personal data.

If you do transmit personal information, we will treat it confidentially in accordance with the conditions below and the national and international legal rules.

Processing of personal data on behalf of customers

Where Claerhout Computer Engineering processes personal data on behalf of its customers, it acts as a processor within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Claerhout Computer Engineering processes personal data solely within the scope of the agreed services and in accordance with the customer's instructions.

Claerhout Computer Engineering implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

Claerhout Computer Engineering may engage carefully selected sub-processors for the provision of its services.

Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), this shall only occur in accordance with the GDPR and with appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Upon request, Claerhout Computer Engineering will make its current Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available to customers for whom personal data is processed in connection with support, hosting, cloud, backup, implementation, consultancy or other services.
