CCE obtains the Qfor certificate again!

The quality of our services and the resulting customer satisfaction are of great importance to us. To measure this, we are periodically held up a mirror by an objective party, Certup.

We are still fully in the process. It is an organization we can easily get in touch with. Where we can always go with questions. That feels good.

During the audit, our internal processes were assessed against the indicators of the Qfor ProcessScan standard. The ClientScan assesses the experience customers have with our services.

Regarding both scans, we meet all criteria, resulting in obtaining the Qfor certificate.

It is an organization I would recommend. They are efficient and responsive.

The Qfor ProcessScan audit itself was intensive and educational, but also a reassuring experience. The report provides a clear and highly recognizable representation of how we work. We have a good understanding of where we are doing well and where we can improve.

CCE has a very good team and good competencies. I am very satisfied with that.
